There are balconies on the second and third level of the house to relax and enjoy the tropical breezes and views over the water. The beach is approx. 15 mins walk away

Theatre room perfect for guests of all ages - seats 5 comfortable and has surround sound system and projector create the perfect cinema experience

Second level:
Spacious formal living room with comfortable seating, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining for 6, laundry area, full bathroom and a powder room.
BBQ grill.
3 bedrooms - Queen size bed, Queen size bed and access to a balcony, third bedroom features a pull out sofa and access to a balcony ( and can be used as an office area)

Third level:
Two master bedroom suites - one with a King size bed with large walk in closet, private bathroom and a private balcony
The second master suite has a Queen size bed, large private bathroom, walk in closet and a private balcony

Outdoors:
A staircase leads from the second level balcony to the pool area
Private swimming pool and hot tub
Seating around the pool includes chairs and chaise-lounges
Small deck fishing deck (there no boat included or boat dock)
