Villa Howzat Royal Westmoreland is a luxury 5 bedroom villa with private pool. The main floor of this Barbados villa offers a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, an air conditioned TV Room complete with surround sound, plasma TV and DVD player. Also located on this floor of Villa Howzat is a study and 2 sitting areas, both of which walk out onto the covered patio.

Adjacent to the main sitting areas of this Royal Westmoreland villa is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen complete with espresso machine, Miele coffee maker, double ovens, wine cooler, 8 seater dining area and built in wok, ideal for the cooking enthusiast, and those who love to entertain.

Moving on to the upper level you will find the stunning the Master Suite and the first guest en suite bedroom which both enjoy views of the sea and golf course. These bedrooms share an interconnecting walk-in closet; which can be locked off, as well as a shared patio and are furnished with king beds, plasma TV and offer the option of ceiling fans or air conditioning.

Outdoors is the main patio with a covered outdoor dining area ideal for parties of 8 as well as an additional seating area. The main patio flows on to the pool deck and the infinity edge pool and outdoor shower.

Located close to the pool is the fully self contained detached guest cottage which provides two twin en-suite bedrooms, which can be converted into king beds. This cottage also offers a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven and fridge, as well as a lounge with Plasma TV and DVD player.

Guests of Howzat! can enjoy the use of the property golf cart as well as all of the amenities of the Royal Westmoreland Resort. These include golf, tennis, gym, sanctuary, club house and beach facilities located at Mullins, St. Peter.
