Coccoloba is a delightful 2 bedroom villa located on the Caribbean island of Nevis. From the area around the private infinity pool the views are just stunning. The villa overlooks Oualie Bay below, the surrounding Caribbean Sea and neighbouring, sister island St Kitts.

The villa has been designed to combine modern architecture with local materials offering a traditional Caribbean open plan layout and plantation style, wraparound teak verandas. As you enter Coccoloba guests are greeted by breathtaking view of St. Kitts. The wall to wall folding glass doors not only allow guests to enjoy the unobstructed views but they open up to the villa to outdoor living.

The main living area has limestone flooring, cypress vaulted ceiling, comfortable soft furnishings and naturally flows out onto the Trinidadian teak veranda and the extensive limestone deck and pool where the views and sunsets are spectacular.  The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the villa also has Wi-Fi , telephone , Cable TV with sports channels and a home entertainment system consisting of 55' Samsung 4k TV, Sony a/v receiver and Definitive Technology 600 ProCinema speakers.

The west veranda extends up to 72’ long where there is a dining table to seat 6 , sofa, chairs and chaise longue  to relax and enjoy the sunset from the villa’s elevated position 

Villa Coccoloba Nevis is perched on the edge of a hill 270’ above the sea level and set in 33,000 sq ft of landscaped garden at the end of a private road. This private and peaceful location is ideal for those who prefer not to have adjoining neighbours.

Villa Coccoloba in Nevis offers two spacious bedrooms, each taking full advantage of the wonderful views across the Caribbean Sea to St Kitts and both bedrooms are steps away from the pool.

Master bedroom - king size, teak four poster bed directly in front of 8’ glass doors staring straight out to the Atlantic Sea – on the left is another 10’ view out at the Caribbean Sea and the sunrise – all that without even leaving your bed !

Guest bedroom – can be arranged as a king bed or two individual beds there are folding doors lead directly out to the pool.

Each bedroom has its own luxurious, Turkish marble tiled bathroom – one with bath and shower, the other with shower. There is also a guest bathroom

Villa Coccoloba is a short drive away from Lover’s Beach, Oualie Beach, Tamarind Bay, Cades Bay and Pinney’s Beach. Nevis offers a variety of restaurants and activities including scuba diving, yacht charter, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling, deep sea fishing and wind surfing. Guests can even take a short ride on a water taxi over to St Kitts and spend the day or evening there before heading back.
