Villa Small Paradise is a 3 bedroom luxury villa located in a peaceful spot on the beautiful Greek Island of Rhodes.  It is also a short drive to the popular town of Ialyssos-Ixia which has a great beach, lively night life and a selection of restaurants, bars,  shops etc . The Medieval Old Town of Rhodes is only 10km away which is a wonderful experience wandering through the cobbled streets lined with shops and restaurants. The Villa is ideally placed to  explore the island of Rhodes with its many beaches, tourist attractions and natural beauty.

Guests staying at Villa Small Paradise can enjoy complete privacy, relaxation and incredible views. The villa sits amidst 2000 sq. m. of Mediterranean gardens, filled with a variety of trees and plants creating a blend of colour and aromas, including Rhodian sycamore, bougainvillea, roses, orange trees, tangerine and fig tress, lemon  trees, pines and much more, all of which is fenced with access through an automatic gate, plus the interior of the villa is not visible from outside to provide the privacy guests prefer. Also in the garden is a swimming pool, a small children’s pool, a playground, kiosk with hot tub and a wooden dining deck.

The accommodation is on 2 levels and provides the ideal choice for families, couples or a group of friends. The interior décor is decorated in a neoclassical style with modern art in each room along with the comforts and amenities for guests to have a memorable stay. There are 3 bedrooms and the villa can sleep up to 8 people. There are 2 bathrooms,  a guest bathroom, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen area, a large living area equipped with a 50 inch 3D flat screen satellite TV,  DVD and stereo system and a dining room for 8 people. All the rooms lead out onto a balcony and/or a terrace where they are greeted with uninterrupted views over the beautiful garden, freshwater pool and the surrounding natural landscape.

Washing machine (laundry soap & fabric softener offered) , Clothes-horse & clothespins available on balcony.

OUTDOORS:
Outdoors there is plenty of space for parking, a certified eco-friendly pool (7 m x 4 m and from 1 m - 1,40m deep) bordered with Greek white marble tiles and outdoor furniture including stylish, cushioned sunbeds and chairs. The adjacent lawn area provides shade under the trees and space for children to play or they can splash about in the children’s pool. There is also a solar shower to rinse off after a refreshing swim before relaxing on the wooden deck under a big fig tree. 

In the garden area amongst the spectacular flowers is an outdoor Hot tub - Jacuzzi Hydro pool on a elevated deck suitable for 5- 6 persons . Ideal for a romantic and relaxing bubble bath whilst feeling the benefits of hydrotherapy, warm, soothing water, invigorating and pulsating jet streams, and natural buoyancy.

For dining outdoors there is a large, stone built-in BBQ under the pergola and wooden dining table for 6. In the evening the garden is charmingly lit to create a luminous glow and tranquil atmosphere under the star filled sky, with the background sound of running water from the fountain and the spectacular changing colours of the pool
