This villa for rent in the Algarve enjoys an idyllic and peaceful location whilst only being a few minutes drive from the famous Vilamoura marina. Villa Cinzento benefits from a centralised air conditioning system with individual controls in each division. There are also many other wonderful features around this large family villa including: a surround sound system, a gym, a steam room, a cinema and games room with pool table and bar and a wireless internet connection. There is also both cable and free view satellite channels for entertaining. This wonderful villa is around 1,000 square metres in size.
The garden level right wing consists of the entrance, the spacious living area with a very large flat screen TV and distinctive high ceilings with wooden beams. The dining area has seating for up to 12 people and the fully equipped kitchen with separate breakfast area is perfect for your first meal of the day. The guest cloakroom and bedroom number 1 have access to the living areas and pool terrace through large doors that are wonderfully suitable for a wheelchair. Bedroom number 1 also has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower - also suitable for a wheelchair.
The garden level left wing houses bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and the master bedroom. Bedrooms 2 to 4 have double beds, walk-in wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a wonderful king size bed, walk-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with separate shower and toilet. The views from the master bedroom are stunning - with it overlooking the side garden. The air conditioning for cooling and heating can be controlled by individual remotes in each section.
