Villa Barbarino is a beautifully renovated Tuscan farmhouse offering holiday rental accommodation for up to 16 guests. There are 8 bedrooms within 2 buildings, once the original watch tower and an adjacent barn that are now connected by a glass corridor. This Tuscan villa is only a short drive from the local town of Barberino Val di Pesa (3kms) and also within easy reach of both San Gimignano and Florence (20 – 25 mins).  The views over the surrounding Italian countryside are breath-taking and can be enjoyed from almost every window of the villa 

The accommodation of Villa Barbarino in Tuscany consists of :

BARN: Captures some of the original charm but with stunning modern interiors and a variety of artwork
Ground floor: 
Large arched glass door at either side of the kitchen opening onto the patio where there is a pergola and outdoor dining area
Modern and fully equipped kitchen complete with marble top central island, 8 ring ceramic hob, 2 wall mounted ovens , dish washer, wine chiller, American style fridge and more  - passing through the kitchen leads to a large dining room, featuring high whitewashed, beamed ceilings, rock wall features and resin floors.
There is also an oblong glass fronted fireplace
Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer
Staircase leads from the dining room to the upstairs gallery and first floor bedrooms.

First floor:

Entrance hall flows through to into a lounge area, which has large glass doors opening onto a patio and the garden – the windows capturing the picture postcard views beyond
Bedroom 3- located close to the entrance - twin beds (can be made into a double) en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, marble sink and door to the garden.

Welcoming lounge area with a fireplace and 5 windows overlooking the garden and with amazing views adjacent to the lounge is a coffee making area

Bedroom 7 - Tower room: Steps lead up from the first floor lounge to this wonderful master suite which has a canopy bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with a large bath and a walk in shower
Bedroom 8 - Studio Suite : This additional studio suite is located close to the pool and has a large arched window for the entrance, there is an open plan area with double bed, kitchen corner, sofa and an en-suite bathroom with small shower

Outdoors : Various landscaped garden areas, patios and terraces furnished with quality furniture ensuring guests take full advantage of outdoor villa living and out door dining.
A private infinity pool is located on a terrace below the main villa with a Jacuzzi to one side, a perfect place to relax and take in the views
