There is fantastic space on the covered terraces for dining close to the pool, where you can watch the passing yachts. The villa is surrounded by water on 3 sides and is set within 1 ¼ acres of lush tropical gardens featuring various quiet relaxation spots to unwind out of the sun.
The property encompasses 10,000 sq. ft. with two large lounge areas, cable and internet and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. For entertainment there is a video library, board games and table tennis
There are six luxury en-suite bedrooms in the main house allowing ample space and privacy for all guests, each one furnished with a King-size bed dressed in the finest linens, super spacious walk-in wardrobes, Philippe Starck bathrooms with walk in showers created with Italian fixtures and fittings.

Boats
The villa owns a 72-foot Sunseeker Predator sports yacht which can be hired for day trips. Alternatively, there is a 6-seater speedboat that can also be rented to go to the bays on either side of the house for snorkelling, water skiing or family fun riding the doughnut. Please enquire for prices for these boats.
