Ani Private resorts Anguilla is a luxury cliff side estate offering  a total of 10 bedrooms in two separate exceptional villas, North Villa ( 4 bedrooms )and South Villa ( 6 bedrooms ) both exquisitely furnished with breathtaking views.  These luxury villas for rent in Anguilla sit perched over Little Bay, a very popular snorkelling area on this Caribbean island with access only by boat or Limestone Bay is a 5 minute walk. Ani North Villa, Anguilla sits on the northern side of the private estate and Ani South Villa Anguilla, on the Southern side of the private estate  overlooking Little Bay. 
The South Villa at Ani Villas Anguilla 6 stunning en-suite bedrooms . For guests needing wheelchair access, there is an elevator and the master bedrooms have roll in showers, plus there is a hydraulic chair lift in the pool.

Ani North Villa Anguilla has taken more liberty with steps between bedrooms, and has a sky light/atrium. Both Ani North and Ani South Villa Anguilla are very similar in design and can be rented together for larger groups or separately as each is enclosed by a wooden fence. 
Ani North - all master bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living spaces are oriented to take full advantage of the Anguilla coast line and the sunsets.

Ani South, is located , perched on the cliff edge overlooking Little Bay with all master bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living spaces are oriented to take full advantage of the Anguilla coast line and the sunsets Ani South offers special features to provide easy accessible accommodation with an elevator, roll in showers and a pool lift, which all blend well with the overall villa design. There are 6 bedrooms, living and dining spaces both indoor and outdoors, a roof deck lounge, pool deck and cliff edge hot tub. The villa also provides various decks and covered areas for gathering as a group or for individual guests to take time out from the others and find their own private space.
