Villa Le Cascine offers elegant simplicity in breathtaking natural surroundings. The most secluded of the luxury villas on the Frattoria Santo Stefano Estate, this villa can accommodate up to 29 guests in wonderful style, inspired by the colours of the seasons from the rich, warm tones of Winter and Autumn to sunny, uplifting hues of Spring and Summer in sage green and blues, from old stone to warm terracotta.

The main villa consists of a reception area with double dining rooms (for up to 29 guests of the villa or up to 60 guests for parties) as well as a sitting area. The dining room table seats 26, a smaller table seats 8 and a round table seats 4. The main villa kitchen is here catering for large parties, featuring a professional 6 ringed gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, American coffee maker and toaster. 

The living area features a fireplace with sofas and easy chairs, TV sitting room with sofas and easy chairs. There is also a Guest bathroom.

The Gardens
Outdoors you will find a loggia veranda furnished with cushioned wrought iron, sunbeds, deckchairs, sun umbrellas. There are steps leading down to the pool solarium on one side and onto flat lawn areas on the other. Large covered barbecue area. 

The infinity swimming pool is 8m x 15m; shallow end 1.2m - deep end 2.5m. with whirlpool bath depth 90cm. Open 1/5 – 1/10. The pool, loggia and garden are all lit up at night.
