This 7 bedroom villa with pool in Croatia is located in village of Mirca on the island of Brac and the pebble beach is right in front.
The interiors of this spacious Croatia villa offer contemporary style décor and includes living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, a small fitness room/gym, and a pool/billiard table for additional entertainment.
There is a beautiful seaside terrace with the shade from oleander trees to relax and a large swimming pool (26m2 – Depth 1.7) for a cool dip. Pool can be heated at an extra charge . Pool access is via a ladder.
Villa Nikol can accommodate up to 16 people offering air-conditioning,6 double bedrooms and one twin room with 6 bathrooms ( 4 with bath and 2 with shower only)
Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with an additional sofa and en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower.
First Floor – access via a wooden staircase to a further 6 double bedrooms.
Beds in 5 double bedrooms are 180 x 200 cm, and one is 160 x 200 cm. The twin beds are 90 x 200 cm each. Three double bedrooms offer an additional bed, two are 85 x 180 cm, and the third one is 90 x 200 cm.
Outdoors on the terrace is an outside dining area under the shade of pergola and oleanders. An ideal spot to enjoy the famous Croatian sunsets with the background sound of the waves lapping on the shore. There is another roofed patio and a big grill, to sample an authentic Brac barbeque.
On site there is parking for 3-4 cars, however there is a local restaurant approx 100 metres away or the nearby town of Supetar on Brac island with its selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is within 10 minute drive. Supetar is also a port town, allowing easy reach of the surrounding areas such as Spilt.
