Beautiful Palm Island is located in the Grenadines and is an idyllic tropical island accessible only by boat.Palm Island covers an area of approximately 135 acres (0.55km2), you could actually walk around the island in approximately 45 minutes. The Grenadines is a collection of 32 islands in the Caribbean Sea, St Vincent being the largest. Each is uncrowded and unspoilt, ideally suited to those people who enjoy laid back luxury.

Palm Island is accessed via the neighbouring Union Island by a short 10 minute boat ride – which will be arranged for you. The Island is home to a boutique resort and a selection of privately-owned villas, of which the enchanting Villa Serendipity is one, sitting directly on a stunning beach only steps away from your door

When you arrive by boat from Union Island, the villa housekeeper for Villa Serendipity, Christine, will welcome you by Palm Island dockside.

Villa Serendipity on Palm Island enjoys 320 feet of beachfront covers and approximately 7000 sq feet. The villa offers three air-conditioned bedrooms ( 2 king and 1 with twin beds), a private pool, panoramic ocean views from the living room, a bar, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.There is no TV on property allowing you the chance to switch off from the world outside, albeit there is internet if you did need to keep in touch. The delightful gardens are well- maintained and include lily ponds, various colourful flowers and numerous tropical trees providing additional privacy. There is also a covered pergola that overlooks the clear, blue ocean. Villa Serendipity is the perfect place to relax, in the privacy of your own beach front villa. The inviting private pool measures approx 40 ft X 20 ft (12 m X 6m) and is surrounded by a sundeck area 

Guests have access to use a golf cart to get around around the island- The cart can carry 4 people and fuel is provided

The beach and bay in front of Villa Serendipity is good for those who like to kite surf, plus Union Island has a World Class kite surfing school. The ocean temperature is 82 Deg F ( 28 Deg C )  all year round.

Palm Island is a great choice if you like the outdoors and nature, there are some interesting walking trails, hilly lookout points, as well as a diverse range of birds( Osprey, Pelicans, Mockingbirds)  and wildlife (Iguanas & Hermit Carbs). Palm Island doesn’t have any shops, all stores are located on Union Island. The wonderful Housekeeper, Christine, and gardener, can arrange for food and supplies to b brought over from Union Island.Christine can also help with boat transfers and various activities, Day Trips by boat to visit the Tobago Cays Marine Park and other nearby islands and beaches or enjy a private BBQ.

Getting to Palm Island - The Caribbean Islands of The Grenadines are positioned 1600 miles southeast of Miami and between St Lucia to the north and Grenada to the south. It is approx. 100 miles west of Barbados. Palm Island in the Grenadines is one mile from Union Island, only accessible by boat. The boat ride is approximately 10 minutes. We can help you arrange the boat ride. Union Island has a small airport (UNI) with daily charter flights from Barbados Airport (BGI) or St Lucia Hewanorra Airport (UVF).
