Marguery Villas offers 3 villa categories, a 3 bedroom Superior villas that accommodate 6/8 people and can be rented as a 1 or 2 bedroom villa, a 3 bedroom Deluxe Villas that accommodate 6/8 people and the 4 bedroom Prestige Villas that accommodate 8/10 people.

Superior/Deluxe Villas - two-storey villa set within a tropical garden that includes a private pool – each of the 3 bedrooms ( one on the ground floor) has air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom, the living space extends over 160sqm ( Superior ) 216 to 228 sq m( Deluxe ) with Flat screen Satellite TV and ceiling fans for keeping cool and there is a fully equipped kitchen and a covered gazebo that also has a ceiling fan.

Prestige villa - stylish two-storey villa with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms each with 4 en-suite bathrooms. Set within landscaped gardens including a private swimming pool and a covered veranda. The spacious living space extends over 248 sq m with ceiling fans, Satellite TV , fully equipped kitchen and covered gazebo

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. The Master bathroom has a bath and shower plus a walk-in closet, flat screen Satellite TV
