Set in 1.4 hectares of the most beautiful, landscaped gardens filled with immaculately kept trees, plants and flowers with stunning views of the landscape and hills beyond, this 8 bedroom residence is the perfect hideaway from which to explore the incredible Cote d’Azur and Provence regions.

Classic architecture with contemporary interiors are accented by exquisite antique pieces sought from original chateaux and striking art from artists that include Arina Gordienko, Bella Pieroni and Bernard Saint adorn the villa with each area of living space and bedrooms uniquely different.

Filled with natural light, the impressive entrance and grand staircase leads to the beautifully appointed bedrooms, 6 of which are in the main house, all with airy, high-ceilinged space, luxurious furnishings, fabrics and homely touches to make your stay exceptionally comfortable including bathrobes and slippers and lovely Espa products to pamper yourself in the en-suite bathroom. There are 4 double bedrooms, including the most impressive Master and 2 bedrooms have beds that can be made into Twins, ideal for children. Each bedroom offers glorious views from the large windows and there are terraces or balconies to each.

Just a short walk from the main house, you will find a delightful guest cottage with two en-suite bedrooms, a charming living room and outdoor patio with table and chairs, all with direct access to the beautiful gardens.

On the ground level of the main house you will find the notable living room, a cool mixture of sophistication and relaxed comfort with sink-in sofas, a lovely fireplace, adorned with an antique mirror, fine art and coffee table books. This is where delicious canapés and pre-dinner drinks and nightcaps are thoroughly enjoyed. The gorgeous indoor dining room has a country kitchen feel with a classic French dining suite, beautifully dressed each evening. To add to the interiors, there is a separate TV room next to the dining room (with English, French and Russian channels, Apple TV, Sky and DVD) and on the lower ground floor, a cinema / games room and a very well stocked wine cellar.

Long summer days can be spent in the vast outdoor living and dining areas with wrap around, covered terraces overlooking the pool which house a stunningly comfy living area and an outdoor dining table for 10 guests – perfect for long lunches. The pool is sublime, 15 metres in length and can be heated in the cooler months. 

Although completely independent and not affiliated in any way, the villa is set within the world class golf resort of Terre Blanche and its facilities are just a few minutes away by golf cart. Guests  can enjoy the exclusive Spa, golf course, tennis courts and dine at the first class restaurants at standard resort rates. Located in Tourettes and just 45 minute’s from Nice airport, La Bergerie is ideally situated to enjoy the very best of the Cote d’Azure. From the delightful, authentic perched villages of Fayence, Seillans and Caillian, wine tasting at the nearby chateaux such as Font du Broc and Chateau d'Esclans, perfume creation at the perfumeries in Grasse, to a short drive to the delights of Cannes and the sea, plus so much more on an extensive menu of activities for all the family.
