The spacious living room is bright and airy, tastefully furnished and boasts fabulous views across the marina.  The contemporary, state-of-the-art kitchen with professional grade appliances and fitted with white and blue cabinets, chosen to depict the white sands and the blue Caribbean skies, is both stylish and practical.  next to the kitchen there is a fully equipped utility room complete with a chilled water fountain.  The lounge, just off to the side of the kitchen, with its sumptuous sofa and coffee table is, undeniably, the place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful home.

Out of the Blue has four luxurious bedrooms with en-suites, fans, airconditioning units and televisions installed throughout.  The master bedroom boasts breathtaking views, an en-suite with bath tub and an over-size double shower.  The other three bedrooms have shower en-suites.  All with the highest quality fixtures and fittings.

To access the outdoor living area with its teak dining table, for twelve guests, and two large elegant Italian white leather sofas with coffee table, there are floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, from the living room, which can be opened up completely, bringing the inside and outdoor spaces together seamlessly.

Once outside, you can enjoy the wonderful infinity pool with views of the blue seas set in the lush tropical garden.  Alongside the pool is a large upholstered open day bed, the perfect place for relaxation and enjoying the gentle sean breezes.

The full size American 'Napoleon' BBQ and loungers provide all facilities necessary for al fresco dining and enjoying the relaxing Caribbean lifestyle at its best.

Strategically placed pool furniture allows access to the ever changing scenes across the aquamarine waters of the Carribean Sea of passing yachts meandering their way in or out of the nearby Marina.  An outside restroom and additional outdoor shower is available for the convenience of guests and family.

Out of the Blue has an established extensive garden which leads directly onto a sandy cove.  Unfortunately no beach in Antigua is private but this really is the closest thing to it.  On the other side of the road is one of the island's longest and most beautiful beaches complete with the Castaway's Beach Bar just five minutes walk away along the beach.

In addition to the main property, the villa also has a self-contained detached one bedroom cottage with kitchen, bathroom and living area which is located at the front of the property.
