Villa Description

The Beach House is a 5 bedroomed,  luxury villa in St Barths is situated steps away from the water’s edge and is within walking distance of the beach.

The private pool is heated (13.1 x 49.2 ft) and the area around the pool creates a beach like area with sand, and then just across the road to the water’s edge, there is a sundeck with sun loungers facing the sea.

The main living area offers TV, it is cooled by ceiling fans and enjoys the ocean views. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with all modern appliances

Bedrooms:
Four of the spacious bedrooms look out towards the ocean. Two are on each side of the living room; the two others have external access. The fifth bedroom, is in a separate, self contained, cottage situated towards the rear of the villa in the garden.

The Beach House boasts both the infinity pool and a small cocktail pool.  There is also a beautiful garden designed to feel as if you are sat on the beach itself - with the sand having come from Flamand's beach.  The garden, decorated in with colourful bougainvilleas and tropical exotic plants creating a perfect place to relax under the hot caribbean sun. There is also a BBQ outside. 

Whether you flooking for a quiet, relaxing time or a lively fun packed villa holiday in St Barths, this Caribbea island can cater for your every need - Nikki Beach or the Ti' St Barths amongst many others are ideal for a lively evening, whereas for romantic evenings there are various little secret spots just off most beaches.
