Upon entering this expansive 5 bedroom, home from home, through its colonial gates and tranquil tropical gardens, your first view beyond the immaculate open living space, where contemporary glass vases artfully overflow with decorative, white roses, is the breathtaking blue of the Caribbean sea; its crystal clear waves gently caressing the shoreline.

The ground floor of this luxury villa in Barbados is bright and open plan throughout, with huge windows which foster a calming sense of being at one with your natural surroundings. A large and comfortable lounge enjoys a cooling breeze and captivating views of the sea. To the north of the ground floor an imposing oak table provides ample space for dining and a modern “Boffi” kitchen allows guests, or their butler to prepare drinks and snacks. The main, commercial kitchen (yes there are two beautiful kitchens!)  allows the residence's cook to create delicious gourmet meals out of sight. For less formal occasions two ambient open air seating areas offer a perfect setting in which to dine beneath the sultry evening sky.

Running parallel to the lounge is a 25 metre long pool, enclosed by a limestone deck, where comfortable sun loungers provide a perfect space to relax. The pool is ideal for laps or just for cooling off and to both its ends are pavilions which can be used for a number of activities, including yoga, massages and al fresco dining.

Also on the ground floor is a unique, air conditioned, office. With glass walls and views over the extensive pool, lush gardens and glistening sea this presents an ideal space for the executive who wishes to remain connected with the beauty of the grounds, main house and activities around them, whilst at the same time keeping those emails at bay. Beside the office you will find a cinema and a fitness room featuring a full range of state of the art equipment.

Grand staircases stand at either end of the beach house and are dressed by chandeliers made of delicate seashells which sway and whisper as the cooling trade winds flow through the house.
To the first floor five good sized double bedrooms, some of which have four poster beds, showcase further stunning views of the sea. The master bedroom features a large circular bathtub with floor to ceiling windows and commanding views; whilst being cleverly positioned for privacy.
Throughout the house rooms are finished to the highest of standards, with soothing, neutrally toned décor and creamy pastel tiles and fabrics. Technology includes Sonos sound systems and Lutron lighting.
The villa itself is perched above the beach, to which there is access via secure keypad gates.
No holiday home in Barbados would be complete without its toys. From the beach you may use the house kayaks to paddle or if you prefer to body surf there are body boards. There are also a pair of new Hobie Mirage Eclipse Stand Up Pedal Boards - with handlebars, which can be pedalled through the waves making them super stable and a more stylish way to enjoy being on the water.
This architectural dream house is completely enclosed with secure gated entrance.

When rented the rate includes a full complement of staff, including a butler, cook, housekeeping, laundress, gardener (with pool maintenance) and night time security from 7 pm to 7 am . There is a House Manager and a full concierge as required.
