This spacious, 12 000 sq. feet villa comprises a relaxed, open plan living/entertaining space with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. The villa is built on one level and leads out to the loveliest white sand beach and has its own boat dock and beach volleyball area too. Outdoor living is further enhanced with lounge areas of comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee tables and a 14 seat dining table. The pool and Jacuzzi are surrounded by sun loungers and there is a BBQ and bar for wonderful evening entertaining.
The interiors feature modern, high quality furnishings throughout the living areas and the four bedrooms, all of which have their own private bathroom. Sophisticated and elegant, the bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans and furnished with King size beds, walk-in wardrobes and Cable TV. Three bathrooms offer a shower and bathtub with double vanities and the 4th bathroom has a shower only.
Housekeeping three times per week is included together with outside and pool maintenance and a local concierge service. A choice of extra services is available ranging from a chef / waiter, pre-arranging food and beverages, a personal driver, spa treatments in the villa, babysitting, baby equipment and any other requirements.
