Together the two villas offer 5 bedrooms, K2 (130 sq. m) is a 2 bedroom first-floor villa and K3 (160 sq. m) is a 3 bedroom ground floor villa. Both built and furnished to the highest standard offering all the comforts and luxuries a discerning guest with expect, not to forget the breathtaking sea view from the spacious terraces and balconies.

K2 – TWO BEDROOMS

Both bedrooms share a very large balcony, the ideal spot to take in the view over Dassia Bay right in front.
There is a living room surrounded by French windows opening a large balcony with panoramic – there is a fireplace and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and utility room.
K3 - THREE BEDROOMS
The accommodation extends over 160 sq, m on 3 levels
On the first level is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area, one bedroom with bathroom, an office, outdoor dining area and direct access to the pool and garden
On the second level is a living room with French doors opening on to the large balcony to enjoy the views and overlook the garden, pool and Dassia Bay.
On third level are two large bedrooms, one is the Master, both with en-suite bathrooms and sea view
