Villa Orti located in Dubrovnik, is a magnificent 7 double bedroom property and is located only 200 m away from one of the most celebrated sites in Croatia - Dubrovnik Old City and Pile gate, in elite and private residential Dubrovnik neighbourhood.
Villa Orti can accommodate 14 guests and it is perfect for big families or groups of friends.
Built 200 years ago and after complete reconstruction, Villa Orti, Croatia, opened its door for guests in summer 2015.
Breath-taking views to the Old City and Adriatic Sea from the main building are just stunning. It is not a typical villa, 7 double bedrooms and available facilities are allocated on 6 different levels. Rooms are modern and spacious. It is surrounded by colourful gardens which are lovingly nurtured, it creates an oasis for relaxation.
A large garage is located next to the main villa entrance and this is suitable for 4-5 cars and is accessible from the main street.
From garage you can take an elevator to the two 1st level apartments: studio apartment and 1 double bedroom apartment with an interconnection door. Further on, an elevator will take you to the 2nd level where you will find a meeting room, equipped with a screen and projector.
Right above the meeting room is an outdoor swimming pool, next to it you will find a garden where domestic vegetable are grown.
On the left side of the main building is a professional fully equipped kitchen and barbeque. Above it separated by a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is a great accommodation option for guests or family members, who want to be slightly separated from main group enabling you to enjoy peace and tranquility. You will also find located on the right side a sauna which has access from the garden.
After stepping in the main building you will find yourself in the living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen on the left, and a living room on the right side.
Main building also has 4 bedrooms allocated on 2 floors with have double beds but with the added advantage of them also being able to be separated and made up as twin beds.
Contemporary and modern design, elegant bedrooms are enriched with ceiling drawings 300 hundred years old, revealing a long history of this villa.
The villa in Croatia, also has two entrances, which again is ideal for members of the party who want to have a little more privacy. Many of the terraces around villa offer comfortable corners for each guest and at the same time offering gorgeous views of the enchanting Dubrovnik and amazing Adriatic sea.
