Villa Rosmarinus in Croatia is a luxury Mediterranean style villa offering 7 bedrooms and is ideally situated within a 15 minute walk to the city on the island of Hvar. The island of Hvar in Croatia is known as “the sunniest spot in Adriatic“ and is the longest island in central Dalmatia. It offers a picturesque coastline, with beautiful beaches and clear waters, as well as plenty of olive and lavender plantations and local wine. There are many medieval villages to explore or ruins from the Roman and Greek eras.
Villa Rosmarinus is positioned only a few rows back from sea level and enjoys spectacular 180° views towards the Adriatic sea and nearby Pakleni islands. During the winter months, ready for next season there will some wonderful interior design changes to upgrade the interiors, including decoration, soft furnishings, fabrics and lightning ( new images will be available in March/April 2016 )
